Job Description
In this role, you will partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and foster an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance culture. As the Regional HR Manager, you will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, optimizing talent management, and ensuring a positive employee experience across all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with Tech and business leaders to understand key objectives, and provide HR solutions that drive innovation, employee performance, and business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, offering solutions tailored to the fast-paced needs of the tech industry.
- Support regional leadership team in the implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals, values, and culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talent in the tech industry, including engineers, developers, and other technical professionals.
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization, fostering a positive experience from day one.
- Work on employee retention initiatives by focusing on career development, performance recognition, and creating a supportive, engaging work environment.
- Employee Experience and Engagement:
- Drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to create an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative culture that supports diverse teams and enhances productivity.
- Address employee concerns and manage employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent, and transparent approach to workplace issues.
- Performance and Development:
- Collaborate with managers to implement performance management programs, ensuring clear expectations, regular feedback, and career growth opportunities.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders to help drive employee development and improve team performance.
- Identify skill gaps and work with the learning and development team to address them, particularly in fast-evolving tech skills.
- Organizational Design and Change Management:
- Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives to ensure the company’s structure aligns with its strategic goals.
- Lead and guide change management efforts, particularly in high-growth phases or when implementing new technologies or processes within the company.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and regulations,
- Provide oversight for compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings for employees.
- Data-Driven HR Decision Making:
- Use HR analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent, engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Work closely with leadership to interpret HR data and implement data-driven strategies to improve HR practices and business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in tech companies.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development,
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear guidance and support across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of global HR trends and the ability to adapt to regional and local labor laws.
