Job Description
Italian Content Moderator Join Us in Porto, Portugal!
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (24/7 coverage, 2 days off per week):
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 14:00 – 23:00
- 22:30 – 07:30 Work Model: 100% On-Site
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 1,000 EUR/month (paid 14 times annually)
- Language Bonus: 200 EUR/month (paid 12 times annually)
- Meal Allowance (net): 1,837 EUR/year Total Annual Gross Salary: 18,237 EUR(base salary + language bonus + meal allowance)
Relocation Support:
- Reimbursement of airfare (economy class) up to 400 EUR after 6 months of employment.
- Accommodation in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR/month (utilities included, deducted directly from your payslip).
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1) and English (B2) both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer navigation and PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, handle repetitive tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism in interactions.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules.
- Preferred: Associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Your Role:
- Review online videos, social media content, and user complaints, ensuring compliance with copyright and community guidelines.
- Monitor and update platform content while adhering to client standards.
- Audit and moderate uploads to meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Protect customer data and comply with regulatory processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
