Key Responsibilities

Product Planning Execution:

  • Assist in aligning product features with business strategy and market needs.
  • Support the development of technical solutions to improve product performance and competitiveness.

User Insights Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze user feedback and competitor products to identify opportunities for technical innovation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the product excels in functionality and user experience.

Project Lifecycle Oversight

  • Contribute to managing product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Help monitor project progress and address potential risks to maintain momentum.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Promote collaboration and efficient resource use to optimize product development.

Requirement Clarity Communication

  • Assist in communicating technical requirements to ensure teams are aligned on objectives and timelines.
  • Support efforts to clarify and define product features that meet market demands.

User Training Feedback

  • Help implement user training programs and ensure smooth adoption of the product.
  • Gather user feedback and assist in iterating on the product to address evolving needs.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and product development.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and development tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and contribute to competitive analysis and user research.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in product development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
