Job Description
Our client, a leading fintech company in Baghdad, Iraq, is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This role focuses on efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service standards within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping of fintech equipment and materials.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, OSP) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular staff training sessions.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare performance reports and manage budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in fintech or a related sector.
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems and inventory control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
