Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scaling up production trials and supporting product commercialization.
- Support thermal process reviews and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate on product redesigns to improve quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and update formulations as needed.
- Work with engineering teams to implement new equipment and processes.
- Support quality control and provide data analysis for internal/customer requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Preferred 2+ years in food product development or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Must be comfortable tasting various food products, including those with allergens.
