Job Description
General Overview
Provides high level customer service and payroll support for our clients, in preparation of processing their weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls. Help facilitate client payroll administrators submission of their company’s payroll and ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll files for processing.
Role And Responsibilities
- Ensure all payroll related tasks are completed and deliver and transmit the execution of the client payroll file(s).
- Assist with client training of payroll software with newly implemented facilities, and continued support of client’s payroll processing procedures.
- SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all payroll related issues. This includes, but is not limited to full cycle payroll processing, garnishments, direct deposit, manual check processing, new hires, terminations, timekeeping systems and standard payroll reporting.
- Review all payroll(s) prior to submission for notable discrepancies and communicate irregularities to the client prior to finalizing the payroll. This will include review of standard reports (i.e., payroll summary, payroll register, check register, etc.)
- Effective communication skills with our clients and internal team. This communication can be in the form of email, voicemail or, person to person
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications And Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience preferably on the service provider side
- iSolved experience preferred but not required
- General knowledge of computer operating systems such as Google Sheets, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High standards for customer service and the ability to self-manage tasks.
- Must have a basic understanding of the inner workings of automated payroll software.

Salary & Benefits
- $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
