Business Controller

At Eutectic Mexico, the Business Controller is responsible for managing and controlling financial processes related to production costs, providing critical financial data and valuable information to the Director of Operations to support strategic decision making. This role works closely with various departments, including planning, production and procurement, to ensure accurate and efficient financial management and performance.

The Business Controller must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial roles, particularly in plant control or as a financial partner within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, Power BI and Excel).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• CPA, CMA or other relevant certifications preferred.
