Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. After securing a successful €450K Pre-Seed round, we’re gearing up for our Seed Round to fuel growth and are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what matters most: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.

What You’ll Do

As our Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with our platform, and driving long-term growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand the platform and are set up for success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide insights, and address concerns proactively.
  • Churn Prevention: Identify clients at risk of churn, develop tailored action plans to re-engage them, and provide continuous value to retain them.
  • Upselling and Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client needs and recommending relevant features or upgrades.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients and communicate customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Reporting: Track customer engagement metrics, create reports on churn risks, and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who’s a proactive problem solver and exceptional communicator. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Relationship-building Skills: Strong ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Upselling Expertise: Proven track record of identifying upselling opportunities and successfully executing them.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and create strategies to improve retention and growth.
  • Technical Comfort: Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot) tools and the ability to learn new software quickly.
