Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Designer – Marketing/Product who excels at bridging the gap between marketing and product design. You thrive on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions and have a proven track record of success in designing impactful brand experiences. With a deep understanding of user experience and a knack for visual design, you can think strategically and create designs that resonate with users and drive business goals. You are familiar with design systems and comfortable working across various design disciplines, making you an invaluable asset to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for both marketing and product initiatives, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create user-centric designs that address business challenges and meet user needs
- Design engaging visual content for websites, social media, ad campaigns, or product interfaces
- Deep understanding of design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and within scope
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into your work
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design work
- Proven success in addressing business challenges and designing brand and company experiences
- Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent understanding of user experience principles and ability to create user-centric designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with design systems and ability to work within established guidelines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relatable and good communicator who can build strong relationships within the team
