Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is a key contributor to ensuring the delivery of high-quality internal applications at CSRM. This individual will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and the QA Lead to perform testing activities, identify bugs, and contribute to the development of reliable and efficient software solutions. The QA Analyst will play an essential role in maintaining testing processes, executing test cases, and driving continuous improvements in software quality.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Executes functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of internal applications.
• Collaborates with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, define test plans, and write test cases.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects, ensuring clear and effective communication with the development team.
• Develops and maintains manual and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Participates in peer reviews of test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Assists in setting up and managing testing environments, including data preparation and configuration.
• Analyzes testing results to identify patterns, root causes, and areas for improvement in the development process.
• Provides feedback on software usability and suggests enhancements to improve user experience.
• Ensures testing activities align with release schedules and project timelines.
• Contributes to the ongoing refinement and improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools.
• Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document testing activities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus but not required.

Compensation range for position is $50-59/hour DOE.
