Are you passionate about talent acquisition and helping people find their perfect career fit? Viva is looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter or Talent Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talents to drive our mission of creating meaningful career opportunities.
You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and serve as an individual contributor within the People Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with People leaders and stakeholders to ensure hiring strategies align with our business goals and best practices.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Handle every stage of the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to extending offers—while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Create Job Descriptions: Work with teams to develop job descriptions that reflect the key competencies for each role.
- Use Data to Drive Success: Make data-informed recommendations to improve recruitment tactics, tools, and processes.
- Develop a Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure we’re ready for future hiring needs.
- Innovate and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to implement creative sourcing tactics that align with Viva’s goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Proficiency at the C1 level or above is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience driving the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and designing and implementing situational assessments under the selection by competencies methodology, regardless of the job title.
- Collaborative & Relational Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in TaaS (Talent as a Service) or SaaS (Software as a Service) industries is a plus, but not required.
- Experience recruiting in LatAm for English-speaking roles.
