Management responsabilities

As a Product Strategist at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offering and driving its success. You will collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and enhance our market position.

Main activities

New Product Design: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to design and develop new products. Present proposals to the Strategic Product Committee for approval.

Product Offering Modifications: Analyse and recommend key modifications to existing products, including mergers, closures, and significant enhancements, to strengthen UBP’s offerings.

Market Research Coordination: Lead market research and competitive intelligence initiatives and to identify new product opportunities. Engage with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and advisors to validate product concepts and designs.

Ongoing Product Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor the performance of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and client expectations.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in management consulting, product management, project management or equivalent, with a strong track record in stakeholder management.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile working practices, emphasizing client-centricity, adaptability, and iterative development.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the asset management industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving consensus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining flexible to changing market conditions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Language:

  • English: fluent
  • French or German knowledge will be a plus
