Junior Waiter/Waitress

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Restaurant team. We are looking for a waiter or waitress who thrives on providing excellent levels of service to become part of our team at our beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. We have high standards and are looking for someone willing and ready to rise to that challenge.

The Priory Hotel is a luxury hotel that is your home away from home. Guests come to unwind, relax and enjoy excellent cuisine in our Garden Room Restaurant. We are based on the gateway to the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and much desired Jurassic Coast in the beautiful market town of Wareham, Dorset. Set in 4 acres of beautifully tended gardens, we have 17 individually furnished rooms. We are proud members of the Pride of Britain collection of Hotels.

Role And Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited To

Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in our Garden Room restaurant and outdoor terrace

Serve pre dinner drinks and canapes in the bar, drawing room and terrace

Private functions and events

Work closely with the kitchen to ensure service runs smoothly

Continuously strive to provide dining guests with high levels of hospitality and customer service

Meet customer needs during their dining experience

PAY: Pay is dependent on experience. We also pay tips at the end of each month which can provide a lovely bonus during your time with us.

Pay: £8.60-£12 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
