A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Managing the full lifecycle of game delivery, including project planning, discovery, front-end and back-end development, testing, certification, release, and post-release handover.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and providing clear, weekly status updates for your project.
• Collaborating with product owners to define game scope, timelines, and delivery goals.
• Acting as the key point of contact for GAN’s game roadmap management and delivery.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure all aspects of the game are covered and identifying system dependencies.
• Offering day-to-day support and troubleshooting for your games.
• Maintaining strong relationships with external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Leading game meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and encourage open communication on project planning and execution.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, line managers, and occasionally multinational clients in excellent written and spoken English.

You’re good at

• You have proven experience using Jira to manage IT development sprints.
• Skilled in project scoping, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking dependencies, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating project status effectively.
• You can identify process or development issues and implement effective solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local and remote teams, and being adaptable to different client corporate cultures.
• Experience working cross-functionally to develop high-level solutions and resolve operational issues, with a proven ability to translate between business and technology.
• You have strong presentation skills, a proactive self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently.
• You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while staying focused on tactical execution and strategic planning.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it’s our primary means of communication.

Nice To Have

• Experience with U.S. gaming regulations.
• Proficiency with tools like Smartsheets and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• You are certified in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2.
