iewAs an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks and projects. You will support the organization in personnel management, labor relations, training and development, and compliance with HR polici

es.

Tasks and Responsibil

  • itiesPersonnel Management: Manage personnel files, maintain leave and absenteeism records, and support performance management and appraisal proce
  • sses.Labor Relations: Assist in resolving labor disputes, mediate between employees and management, and advise on HR policies and labor
  • laws.Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training and development programs, and support talent management and succession plan
  • ning.Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, keep HR handbooks up to date, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and proced
  • ures.HR Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects, such as wellness programs and diversity initiat
  • ives.HR Administration: Support payroll processing, manage HR systems, and generate HR reports and anal

yses.
Requir

  • ementsEducation: A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
  • field.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a dynamic and international organiz
  • ation.Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR prac
  • tices.Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced enviro
  • nment.Attributes: Proactive, empathetic, discreet, and reliable. Able to work independently while also being a team p
