Who We’re Looking For

Like most startup roles, this one will involve a mix of work!

As an Ops & Support Associate, you’ll be working closely with our customers and accountants to provide top-notch support and guide them through the tax-filing process. We’re seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and want to join our early-stage startup.

We’re a small operations team, so we need proactive individuals who are ready to dive in headfirst and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. From day one, you’ll need to immerse yourself in our company, build your knowledge of our platform, and even grow your own tax knowledge (Don’t worry, our friendly team will provide you with training!)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support & Operations Specialist, you’ll:

• Provide top-notch customer support: Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat, resolving inquiries and guiding them through the tax-filing process.
• Support accountant collaboration: Facilitate communication and ensure seamless interactions between customers and accountants.
• Manage operations tasks: Collaborate with departments like Product or Marketing to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth workflows.
• Solve problems proactively: Address and resolve unique customer or operational challenges, ensuring every interaction is a success.
• Contribute to process improvement: Share feedback and ideas to help us refine our customer support and operational processes.

• You are native in Spanish and proficient in English. We are an UK-based company, but we operate in Spain, therefore Customer Support is fully conducted in Spanish

• You’re a problem solver and a team player.
• You have previous customer service experience
• You must be based in Madrid
