What You’ll Do
? Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat
? Troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively
? Assist users in navigating company systems and applications
? Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
?? Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
? Monitor service desk metrics to improve performance
? Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge
What We’re Looking For
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
? Proficiency in either of the languages is a must : Spanish, French, Mandrin, Italian, German
? Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications
? Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
? Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
? Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
? Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
