- Conduct thorough research to identify potential Key Opinion Leaders in mom & baby industry or community to build powerful brand experiences.
- Segment KOLs based on their influence, expertise, and alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage and build relationships with identified KOLs.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Collaborate with KOLs on content creation, such as articles, blog posts, webinars, and videos, to leverage their expertise and enhance the organization’s content marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to internal team on KOL activities and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in KOL Specialist or related field
- Proven experience in influencer or KOL management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of mom & baby industry trends, competitors, and key players.
- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing and able to measure social media engagement.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Team player and love to interact with people.
