  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential Key Opinion Leaders in mom & baby industry or community to build powerful brand experiences.
  • Segment KOLs based on their influence, expertise, and alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage and build relationships with identified KOLs.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Collaborate with KOLs on content creation, such as articles, blog posts, webinars, and videos, to leverage their expertise and enhance the organization’s content marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to internal team on KOL activities and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in KOL Specialist or related field
  • Proven experience in influencer or KOL management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of mom & baby industry trends, competitors, and key players.
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing and able to measure social media engagement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and love to interact with people.
