We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate/Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top talent, particularly in technical fields, and will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top IT and ERP talent, with a strong focus on SAP roles and technical positions.
  • Leverage Chinese job boards and other region-specific platforms to proactively identify qualified Chinese nationals.
  • Engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates to assess fit, discuss career opportunities, and manage interview processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, especially within niche technical areas.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to improve sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT and ERP talent sourcing.
  • Experience sourcing SAP professionals is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
