Responsibilities: 

  • Facilities Maintenance & Service Requests

  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of all maintenance activities across Almosafer facilities.

  • Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

  • Work with external contractors and service providers to address facility-related issues.

  • Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

  • Procurement & Sourcing Support

  • Assist the procurement team in sourcing and ordering products and services related to housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality & IT.

  • Handle requisitions, and ensure that items are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for facility-related products and services.

  • Housekeeping & Hospitality Coordination

  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.

  • Manage inventory and stock levels for housekeeping and hospitality supplies, ensuring efficiency in ordering and usage.

  • Monitor the quality of housekeeping services and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Facility Inspections & Reports

  • Regular inspections of the facilities are conducted to ensure that they meet Almosafer’s standards.

  • Prepare reports on maintenance and facilities status, highlighting any issues that need attention and proposing solutions.

  • Track service performance metrics and report to management regularly.

  • Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, housekeeping, and external contractors to meet operational goals.

  • Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving among different departments to maintain facility standards.

 

Profile qualifications & requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Management, or a similar technical field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technical operations, ideally with a focus on hospitality or corporate environments.

  • Experience in sourcing and procurement processes is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of facilities management, maintenance processes, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.

  • Knowledge of housekeeping and hospitality service standards.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
