As Insurance Community Manager within WiASSUR, you will be the digital face of our company, responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content strategies, interact with our online community, and build brand awareness in the insurance industry. If you are passionate about social media, creative and have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, this role is for you.

Liability

  • Content strategy: develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the marketing objectives and brand values.
  • Social media management: manage the company’s social media accounts, create original content, publish regular updates, and interact with the online community.
  • Community engagement: stimulate subscriber engagement and interaction by responding to comments, asking questions, and encouraging discussions around insurance-related topics.
  • Online monitoring: monitor insurance trends and online conversations, share relevant information, and stay on top of engagement opportunities.
  • Online Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers and online partners to expand our reach and reach.
  • Performance analytics: use analytics tools to assess social media performance, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Crisis management: manage crisis situations online professionally and proactively, in cooperation with the relevant teams
  • Visual content creation: create engaging visuals (with the design team), including infographics, images and videos, to support social media campaigns.

Formation

  • Demonstrated experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of key social networks and online trends.
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging visual content.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and its issues.
  • Ability to manage online feedback and reactions in a professional manner.
  • Mastery of social media analytics tools.
  • Degree in marketing, communication, journalism or related field (an asset).
