Summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional with 1-2 years in recruitment, ideally within a luxury hotel setting, who can manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality.

The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking, proactively building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring.

You will be responsible for screening candidates, facilitating structured interviews, promoting the company’s employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide market insights.

The role will oversee offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Strong skills in data-driven recruitment, diversity and inclusion strategies, and vendor management are essential.

Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar operation.
