At DOPP Executive Search, we are seeking a Global Head of People for a multinational company at its Seville headquarters, which is currently experiencing significant international growth and expansion. This position will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities and Functions:

Define the HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive, company-wide human resources strategy; leading and managing the cultural transformation and change management processes currently underway within the company.

Oversee Policy Implementation: Coordinate, supervise and ensure the effective execution of HR policies and processes to meet organizational objectives.

Anticipate and Adapt to Trends: Stay informed about trends in human capital management and evaluate their relevance to the company’s goals. Offer a broad, cross-functional business perspective and introduce innovative HR practices to position the company as a leader in its sector.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication with other departments, establishing HR as a key support function within the organization.

Lead and Develop the HR Team: Manage and mentor the HR department, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

International Mobility Management: If applicable, oversee expatriate programs, including legal compliance, cultural adaptation, and employee support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Higher Education Degree: A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations, Law, or similar fields. Complementary training in HR management or an MBA is highly desirable.

Experience: Extensive and solid leadership background in Human Resources, with a proven track record in executive positions and global management roles focused on people functions (e.g., Head of People, Head of Talent, Global HRBP, or similar).

Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams.

Language Proficiency: Advanced English (minimum C1 level).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and leading HR management tools.

Location: Residency in Seville.
