Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of various databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into databases and other systems as per established guidelines.
• Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting them as required.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information during the data entry process.
• Generate and maintain reports on data entry activities and data accuracy.
• Assist in data migration and integration projects by transferring data between platforms as needed.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
