- Should have knowledge of Shift operation and maintenance.
- Should have good knowledge of Cement plant equipment maintenance.
- Should have knowledge of safety standards.

- Work on experience on SAP.
- KRA-1: Ensure safe work culture in the plant.
- KRA-2: Identify & suggest improvements in Section to improve the productivity & reliability
- KRA-3: Should maintain optimum Level of inventory in sections by continuous monitoring, should be capable of proactive planning & timely consumption of spares.
- KRA-4: Trouble-shooting the problem related to cement plant equipment
- KRA-5: Timely attending shift problems.
KRA-6 : Completion of annual shutdown in time.
