The Role
Join our team in providing essential support to the Office of the Deputy Director- General, Water Resource Management. In this role, you will coordinate and manage
requests from various business areas, working as an integral and collaborative member of a high-performing executive team. You will thrive in a dynamic and fast-
paced environment, tackling complex and evolving challenges.
- Coordination of time critical executive requests allocated to the Office of the DDG.
- Supports the Executive Manager on a range of human resources, finance reporting and projects.
- Operating as a dynamic and collaborative member of a high performing executive team.
- Advise the Executive Manager on records management and digital communication to enhance the functioning of the ODDG and WRM.
- Delivers business improvement projects as directed by the Principal Executive Officer.
- Uses their professional judgement when reviewing executive documents to ensure high quality.
About You
- There are no mandatory requirements for the role. Previous experience providing high level administrative support will be well regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
