Role Purpose

You will manage end to end recruitment and administrative support for the NSW & ACT. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, drive and great time management and organisational skills. The role requires the ability to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage end to end recruitment for the NSW & ACT including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens, interviews, and all pre-employment checks
  • Provide high level administrative support and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases with candidate and recruitment information
  • Liaise, consult and work collaboratively with hiring managers across the business
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience for all applicants
  • Respond to recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and training on recruitment processes, workflow, and relevant systems
  • Onboard new employees
  • Assist in human resources functions or any other duties as required from time to time

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent skills in and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • A self-starter, with a proactive approach and able to work in a fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal/external clients
