About The Role

The Marketing Team at Fondo is a balance of agility, consistency, and performance. These are the pillars that allow the team to constantly and consistently deliver value that matters to customers.

The Demand Generation Manager role is a revenue focused position that will drive demand through various marketing tactics. You will be empowered to develop content, resources, and tools in order to support Fondo customers and prospects through their journey of building their business. Your campaigns will be the backbone of Fondo’s marketing programs, with the ultimate goal of generating pipeline. In this role you will leverage deep cross-functional influence and collaboration with our GTM teams and the broader Marketing Team to ensure Fondo’s messaging is relevant, thoughtful, and consistent throughout the company and to its broader audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, oversee, and drive Fondo’s core demand and lead generation efforts including webinars, landing pages, remarketing, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs across the funnel.
  • Collaborate and manage third party vendors on sponsored programs supporting lead generation efforts.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate performance of demand programs that lead to conversions, and into pipeline.
  • Assist in the administration of Hubspot and other tools in the marketing tech stack
  • Collaborate with sales to assess performance of lead quality, ensure lead generation goals are being met, and measure effectiveness of efforts at each stage of the funnel.
  • Support the pipeline with experimentation across marketing channels, audience targeting, creative, and messaging, and execute to test your hypotheses
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (Accounting, Product, Sales) to understand the market, the product, and address gaps in our strategies and identify new areas for growth.

About You

  • 2-4 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo; experience building reports and analyzing results in Salesforce or other CRMs
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics
  • Positive attitude; ability to collaborate and bring teams together
  • BONUS: experience working with YC or other accelerator companies

Compensation And Benefits

  • Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
