Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, pain points, and business objectives. Showcase the value of our Software as a solution to address their unique challenges.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the entire end-to-end sales pipeline, from first meetings to closing deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using our Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the Software and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to position our offerings effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a hunger for success and a drive to outperform expectations to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Development and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Content: Support in creating comprehensive marketing content including website content, presentations and other marketing materials required to cater to specific industry segments.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the QMS & EHS Industry or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to communicate the value of complex software solutions effectively.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a hunger to exceed targets and drive personal and company growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating seamlessly with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management and/or EHS Management Software will be a significant advantage.
