Role Title: Administrative Assistant

Required Skills/Responsibilities:

Arrange necessary accommodations for conferences and meetings, including Audio/Visual conferencing requirements, workplace reservations, and maintaining supplies and equipment,

Assist in the development of Client Leadership schedules, calendars, day-to-day plans, and travel coordination,

Track assigned taskers and suspense dates and continuously maintain tasking document spreadsheet,

Review incoming correspondences and determine the appropriate level of distribution and routing,

Resolve problems and negotiate differences arising in technical content, final formatting, and data presentation,

Encourage others to accept editorial changes to written documents before implementing final products,

Prepare draft correspondences, format, and prepare final form in a variety of documents,

Coordinate, prepare and develop virtual and/or in-person meetings and activities, including preparing agendas, compiling background information, and recording meeting notes

Education: Bachelor s Degree
