Job Descriptio
- n Supervising and coordinating internal activities within the Tenant Relations Department
- . Maintaining and addressing requests or complaints from tenants in a promptly manner to ensure effective and efficient services while maintaining tenant satisfaction
- . Acting as a liaison and company representative in handling complaints or providing services/information to tenants, thereby creating a one-stop service function for tenants
- . Monitoring and ensuring high-quality service in operational matters like document reviews, permits, utility applications
- . Preparing and organizing regular meetings, seminars, or socialization with tenants
- . Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage potential disputes or issues between tenants or between tenants and management
- . Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and trust
- . Regularly update tenants on building policies, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information
- . Assist with tenant’s agreements and ensure their compliance with lease terms and property regulations

- rAt least 5 years?of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Services or similar positions
