Hours of Work: Hybrid role, working 1 day a week in the Milton Keynes office and the rest from home.
Customer Services Administrator Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in the utilities sector.
- A customer-focused attitude with familiarity in meeting SLA goals and KPI objectives.
- Proven passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of A-Level or equivalent in maths or science.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
