  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company’s goals and objectives on the Baltics level.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Drive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS 4500 – 6000 eur./month net. Final offer will depend on your experience.
