- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company’s goals and objectives on the Baltics level.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS 4500 – 6000 eur./month net. Final offer will depend on your experience.
