Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of your area in the business. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging and leading your team to meet crucial production KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Process, and People, all while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. You will manage workflow, oversee daily picking processes, liaise with Customer Service and Transport, carry out stock takes, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, all contributing to our mission of delivering excellence.

Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent

Warehouse Team Leader Requirements

• Proven leadership skills in a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Essential Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
