The Team Assistant will provide essential support our large Service & Install Management Team, in the Greater London area. This role involves administrative, organisational, and operational tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Operational Support: Provide professional, statistical, and operational support to maintain the team’s performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance and financial data, offering insights and recommendations to improve the group’s performance.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate necessary training sessions for the team, ensuring staff development needs are met.
  • Diary and Travel Management: Organize and manage the team’s travel arrangements and schedules, including bookings for events and meetings.
  • Event Management: Get involved in planning and organizing team events, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for general queries from the team, helping resolve issues and ensuring effective communication across the department.

The must haves

  • Proficient in managing reports and using data analysis tools
  • Experience in scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning
  • You will need to be able to meet up once a month for face-to-face team meetings / travel to both Birmingham and Greater London locations.
  • Microsoft Excel, experience with reporting & Summaries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, and producing formal letters

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A background in Administration
