Job Responsibility

Service Crew

  • Handling guests which include:
  • greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table,
  • giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink,
  • introducing guests to our brand and menu including recommending popular menu items of the restaurant, and
  • providing excellent guest experiences while they are at our restaurant.
  • Proper and hygienic handling of food and drinks to minimise contamination.
  • Serving food and drinks on time.
  • Properly and safely collecting dirty dishes and glasses to the kitchen / bar for cleaning, minimising breakages.

Kitchen Crew

  • Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
  • Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
  • Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.
  • Keeping your station area clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM and above.
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
