Harvest Workers – Tabulam, NSW Region

Work is due to start March 2025 and is expected to go for 9 months.

You will be paid as a Level 1, Casual under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.

There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028).

The position is for a harvest worker on a fruit & vegetable farm and will include but not limited to tasks such as picking, packing and planting fruits & vegetables and general farm duties.

This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.

Minimum of 30 hours a week, 6am-4pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.

Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

• Able to follow instructions and learn and apply new processes quickly
