Key Responsibilities
Admission Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end admission processes, including application screening, counseling, and enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and college policies for student admissions.
Student Counseling And Guidance
- Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
Outreach And Marketing
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and community events to promote the college and its programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop admission campaigns and materials.
Documentation And Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Prepare regular reports on admission statistics and trends for the management.
Coordination And Collaboration
- Work closely with departments like academic affairs, finance, and hostel services to streamline the onboarding process for students.
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and other admission-related activities.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
- Address concerns and queries from students, parents, and stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand admission trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest strategies to enhance admission numbers and quality of enrolled students.
