Your Role
As a Microfinance Case Worker, you will support the delivery of the No Interest Loans (NILs) program through effective coordination and interpersonal engagement within a trauma-informed care framework. You will engage with clients, assist with document collection, prepare and submit high-quality applications, and promote the NILs scheme within the community.
In this role, you will deliver the NILs Program within the HopeStreet Hub, providing a safe and welcoming environment for eligible people on low incomes to access financial support.
