Profile.
The Audit Department should ensure that the company adheres to internal policies and external regulations. By conducting systematic internal audits and overseeing external audits, we should ensure the integrity of financial operations, operational efficiency, and compliance across all business processes. We should identify the areas for improvement and ensuring that issues raised during external audits are addressed through closure processes. We should also ensure that Balanced Scorecard (BSC) strategies are implemented effectively and aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibility and Goal.
- Internal Audits and BSC Implementation: Ensure that the BSC goals are aligned with departmental goal and report monthly on performance metrics for continuous tracking and Improvement.
Goal: – Ensure 10% Monthly Improvement of BSC goal parameters Score at Company Level.
- External Audit Management: Compliance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and the agreed-upon audit plan and ensure timely closure of audit observations/identified discrepancies or issues.
Goal: – Ensure resolution of Audit finding in process and system before the final report is submitted to Audit Committee or end of next quarter whichever is earlier.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Keep VISL fully compliant with all internal policies and external regulations to prevent legal risks, financial penalties, and operational disruptions.
Goal: – Achieve 100% compliance with VISL Compliance Tracker sheet.
