Who is this for:
As a Business Development Team Lead, you will be leading a team of Business Development specialists from all over the world, assisting the Head of Client Relations in creating processes and writing Standard Operating Procedure documents, fostering relationships with existing and future clients, and negotiating and closing deals.

Role includes:
– Lead the team of Business development specialists from all over the world
– Assist the Head of Client Relations in creating processes and writing Standard Operating Procedure documents.
– Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. – Lead negotiation efforts with clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals.
– Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
– Represent the company professionally, effectively communicate its value proposition, and identify collaboration opportunities
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
– Minimum 2 years of experience managing a remote team
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Experience working with HNWIs is a plus
