2. User Support and Training: 3. Operations Support:

  • ERP System Management:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system to align with company operations.
  • Ensure data integrity and high availability of the system at all times.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to system use and management.
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on the ERP system’s functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and manuals to ensure users are informed and empowered to use the system efficiently.
  • Manage inbound customer requests and verify space availability based on customer contracts.
  • Handle daily outbound customer orders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any order-related issues.
  • Process inbound and outbound orders in both the ERP system and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth order processing.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and track the end-to-end order cycle to ensure proper execution and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience
