About this Position Support to lead first implementation of defined new product innovation within the APP segment at existing account / new market and/or first deployment of new business model provided by Market Strategy, with purpose of evaluating fit for purpose by giving feedback for improvement / gaps and delivering first succesful case, to ensure a ready to market products and/or business model prior to supporting full scale implementation within the APP organization.

What You´ll Do

  • Working collaboratively with other related function within APP to ensure closing of assigned key opportunities and ADP projects within the selected products innovation / responsibilities within timeline by implementing high level project management.
  • Upskilling Activities: perform own assesment, participate in upskilling training / program and join necessary seminar / industry event, ensuring to gain enough knowledge to become expert in both product technology & industry of the segment assigned including sustainability for APP.
  • Perform instructed activities to support New Business Model in own sub-region, and give constructed feedback necessary as requested by BD Lead for New Business Model.
  • Track NES Development of selected product range within teritory (Sub-region) and reporting all project progress (incl. gaps) and defining the support needed during the segment meetings led by head of BD of selected segments.
  • To ensure that all activities are properly according to SHE Policy
  • Standard PPE requirement
  • Hazardous and non hazardous material and waste management

  • Environmental impact assessment

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years relevant work experience preferably in packaging Indsutry.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English language and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive and a team player
  • High understanding of packaging industry value chain, including, but not limited to, application process, OEM, OMM, sustainability in packaging segment.
