Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Achieve growth and hit sales target (Sell In) by successfully managing salesman REVLON and ULTIMA II Team
- Manage total REVLON and ULTIMA II Sales, Revenue, Buying Outlet & Active Buying Outlet Target by Monthly base
- Monitor distributor supply chain, service level, allocation of product gift/sample to all hub
- Design business plan/program by monthly base to improve sales performance
- Create monthly sales performance report and week in progress report
- Encourage and manage all salesman across nationwide to be align with principal/marketing team guideline
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree of any major from reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome or min 2 years experience is more preferable
- Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to listen to understand
- Excellent in computer literate, Ms. Office Programs is a must, especially for Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot data, etc)
- Hardworker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
