The Opportunity

A great opportunity has become available for several Production Team Members to join our diverse team based at our Northmead manufacturing facility, who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow.

About Your New Role…

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment cleaning
  • Ingredient processing & batch making
  • Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets
  • Manage packaging and product changeovers
  • Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
  • Eagerness to learn your production line
  • Safety First Mindset- a disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment
  • Australian work rights
