Job Description
This role will directly contribute to the success story of Aashiyana by delivering a differentiated and uniform experience to our customers and partners across all touchpoints. The role will be responsible for designing and managing world-class site, app, and various related properties, resulting in higher engagement, loyalty, and customer life time value (LTV).
Skills
Be in-charge of the platform as a product and act as the point person for the platform development, improvement, and evolution
Develop optimised customer journeys and service principles based on deep customer insights and best practices. Similarly, for partners
Collaborate with the product development team for continuous refresh, addition, and optimisation of features based on customer feedback and business needs
Develop product and platform strategy for both the customer and the partners. Build platform roadmaps basis these.
Sharpen decision-making across board by owning and guiding data analytics and data-driven insights and using these constantly in platform evolution and management
Liaison between the technical product development team, various partners, and stakeholders
Other Details
Degree in Engineering or equivalent / MBA, MBA in Marketing & Sales
