Your day-to-day
- Lead on business analysis – you will manage and deliver business analysis activities for a range of projects and you’ll support our Senior Business Analyst in defining and documenting the future approach of the department, identifying opportunities for innovation
- Manage requirements – you’ll partner with colleagues to identify and document project requirements, undertaking analysis to ensure they are complete, accurate and aligned with project goals
- Oversee change requests – you will manage change requests to requirements as they arise and make sure that they are properly prioritised and communicated
- Champion effective communication – you’ll communicate in a clear and concise manner to our development team, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
- Document efficient processes – you’ll diligently map processes in a clear and easy to follow way, identifying areas for process improvement whilst also using scenario modelling
- Implement best practice – you’ll collaborate with colleagues across our club to ensure best business analysis practice is shared both within and outside of Commercial

What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in a business analysis setting – you’ll have experience in business analysis with in-depth knowledge of methodologies, tools, and best practices and you will come with proven experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
- Credible expertise – you proudly hold a professional certification in business analysis (e.g.CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Natural problem solver – you possess excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – you take a proactive, collegiate and positive approach to building impactful relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues across all levels of our club
- Experience with critical tools – you’re well versed in using process modelling and visualisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart) using industry standard techniques (BPMN, URL) and you have familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Data-driven mindset – you value effective data analysis and are proficient with tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Excellent organisational skills – you’re proud of your organisational and time management skills and your ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and adaptable approach – you thrive in a high performance, dynamic and collaborative environment
