The Executive – iConnect will be responsible for addressing logistical concerns, maintaining databases, and ensuring effective communication and resolution of queries from pilots. This role requires excellent command over spoken and written English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Job Description

Assist Fleet Supervisors ensuring all the queries raised by their team has been addressed and resolved for hassle free experience.

Re-direct queries and challenges from pilots to relevant departments for speedy resolution and track closures.

Gather transport audit and feedback data to ensure cab compliance, enhancing the overall experience for pilots.

Compile monthly process data and share it with the reporting manager.

Take initiatives and organize various pilot engagement projects PAN India with the help of Fleet Supervisors.
