Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. The Recruiter assistant will work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition specialist to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements. This is an in-person position and not remote.
Essential Duties:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Work with HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist in overall hiring process
- Assist in designing overall recruiting strategy and campaigns
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and activities
- Create/prepare recruitment materials to post jobs electronically and in physical locations (if required)
- Communicate with job applicants and assist with basic questions.
- Communicate via phone, text, email, social media and various recruiting websites
- Schedule job interviews, respective reference and background checks, and orientations
- Conduct job interviews assessing applicant’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences
- Monitor and apply best recruitment practices
- Provide recruitment reports to management
- Additional projects as assigned
- Aptitude to gain thorough knowledge of company services, policies, brand and culture
- Ability to develop contacts and learn the local area/community behaviors
- Capability to maintain current industry knowledge through self-learning techniques, and by reading publications and articles
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of different digital recruiting platforms concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media and Email marketing, etc.
- Experience with producing online content and with recruiting platforms management.
- Proficiency with MS Office, ATS software (currently using Team Tailor), and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- At least one year of relevant professional experience.
