Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineer from a reputed institution.
  • 20+ years’ experience in managing MEP services for high quality real estate projects commercial, residential, retail, IT Parks etc.
  • Should have an excellent understanding of MEP services from concept to commissioning..
  • Experience in Design, Design Coordination, Procurement, Site Execution in the areas of HT/LT Electrical Installations (HV/LV systems) and HVAC, plumbing, Fire Fighting, Security and Access control systems.

DESIRABLE

  • Responsible for planning the MEP schedule for time and resources for large building/township projects independently and further monitoring, tracking and controlling the same.
  • Ability to coordinate amongst consultants/agencies/vendors/contractors and ensure smooth execution of works across projects.
  • Follow up of the Project Executes, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Closeout
  • To manage execution of project with prevailing industry standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner

PREFERRABLE

  • Design knowledge will be a preferred advantage
  • Should have demonstrated value engineering and effective resource utilization practices in past projects
  • Deep understanding of project planning and scheduling
  • Grasp of basic financial concepts and project financing
